Krisha Lim is an Associate Director of Monitoring and Evaluation at International Care Ministries (ICM). She works collaboratively with the Research and Operations teams in the design and evaluation of ICM’s programs on economic, social, health, and education interventions targeting Filipinos living in ultra-poverty. She also trains enumerators in field offices to collect high quality data, cleans and analyzes data from randomized controlled trials and other experimental studies, and present results to staff and program partners. She holds a MSc in Agriculture and Resource Economics from University of Alberta and was a visiting scholar at the Buffet Institute Global Poverty Research Lab.
